Briar Hill's IQM Flagship Status Retained

'Leaders take pride in being an inclusive school where they celebrate diversity and have a culture of ‘no excuses’. Briar Hill is a warm and friendly school that celebrates its community. They began the review day by describing the school as ‘a school that educates hearts and minds’. Leaders know the local context well and work together to ‘be as resourceful and flexible as possible to ensure all pupils make the biggest gains’. As the Deputy Head teacher said, ‘Staff here have a relentless drive to provide the best care and education for our children – they only have one chance so there is no time to waste’.'
